The online bootcamp really is the full package, so provides an education on nutrition and fat loss alongside the exercise plan.
Members are given a personal calorie goal and the guidance needed to stick to it, without restriction, which often leads to binging later down the line.
There are 3 Transfigure recipe books to inject a little inspiration into your routine and educational videos, that cover subjects ranging from menstruation to menopuause.
